Cerebral Thinking Therapeutic Services (CTTS) complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia to protect the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI).

Your health information may be used or disclosed for:
- Treatment – Providing, coordinating, or managing your care
- Payment – Billing and collecting payment for services
- Healthcare Operations – Administrative, supervision, licensing, and quality assurance purposes
Disclosures Required by Law
Information may be disclosed without your written authorization when required by federal or Virginia law, including:
- Suspected child abuse or neglect (Virginia Code §63.2-1509)
- Abuse of elders or incapacitated adults (Virginia Code §63.2-1606)
